We believe the best healthcare prevents problems before they begin. We offer screenings, guide patients in appropriate immunizations, provide wellness exams, and support health education to help you stay well. Health screenings (blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, and more)

Coordinate vaccinations through local pharmacies

True Life Clinic primarily serves patients who are uninsured or underinsured and unable to access medical care. If you are unsure whether you qualify, please reach out — we will never turn someone away without a conversation.
What Does It Cost?
Clinic visits at True Life Clinic are provided at no cost to patients. Our goal is to remove barriers to accessing basic medical care for those in need.
If additional services are needed, such as laboratory testing, imaging or medications, these are provided through trusted third-party partners and carry separate costs set by those services. We work to keep labs, imaging, and prescriptions as affordable as possible, prioritizing low-cost cash pricing and generic medications whenever available through clinic-supported funds and donations.
Our desire is that cost is never the reason someone goes without needed care, and we will do our best to help patients navigate options with clarity, compassion, and dignity.
